The data controller is Arrabona (hereinafter: the Service Provider), committed to protecting personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws, in particular the EU 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Service Provider processes personal data solely for the purposes of providing a quote, establishing contact, and delivering boiler installation and maintenance services. Requesting a quote is done via e-mail (mailto link), during which the inquirer voluntarily provides their data.

During the quote request, the following personal data may be provided: * Name * E-mail address * Phone number * Address * Information regarding the type and condition of the boiler

The legal basis for data processing is the voluntary consent of the data subject, as well as the processing of data necessary for providing a quote and maintaining contact, in accordance with Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

The Service Provider does not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

The data provided during the quote request is processed by the Service Provider until the quote is finalized or contact is concluded. Afterward, the data is deleted unless a contract is concluded or there is a legal obligation to retain the data further.

The Service Provider takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and ensures that unauthorized persons cannot access it.
